01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") govern all access to and use of the betpto platform, operated under the domain betpto.cam (hereinafter "betpto", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). The Platform provides sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports wagering and related online entertainment services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any feature of betpto, you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on betpto, you must meet and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license conditions, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where access to the Platform would be unlawful.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any applicable self-exclusion register or have a current self-exclusion in place on betpto.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor or close associate of betpto or any of its affiliated entities.

betpto reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account restriction, suspension or closure.

04 Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on betpto. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by matching name, address, device, IP address, payment method or other identifiers — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and update it promptly if it changes.
• betpto will use the contact details provided to communicate important account information, including identity verification requests, withdrawal processing updates and responsible gambling notifications.
• You must notify betpto immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting the support team through the Help Center or Live Chat.
• betpto reserves the right to close or suspend accounts where information provided is found to be false, incomplete or misleading.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

betpto displays account balances and transaction records in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The availability of specific deposit and withdrawal methods, applicable minimum and maximum transaction amounts, and processing timeframes are subject to change and are governed by the current payment terms published on the Platform.

Payment method names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on the Platform for context and familiarity only. betpto does not represent, claim or warrant that any of these providers endorse, facilitate or support gambling transactions. Players must independently verify that their chosen payment method is available and appropriate for the transaction they wish to conduct.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits unless the Player has completed additional verification as required by the Platform.
• betpto reserves the right to conduct AML and KYC checks on any withdrawal request. Processing may be delayed pending the outcome of such checks.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• betpto does not accept cryptocurrency deposits unless expressly stated in the current payment terms. Any unsupported cryptocurrency transfers will not be credited and may be unrecoverable.
• Processing times displayed on the Platform are illustrative estimates only. betpto does not guarantee withdrawal speeds and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual sports betting markets, casino games, live casino tables and esports wagers are published within the relevant sections of the Platform. Those market-specific rules form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference.

• Bets are accepted subject to the odds and terms displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. betpto reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
• For cricket events — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — match abandonment, rain delays and other interruptions are governed by the specific event rules published on the Platform.
• betpto reserves the right to void, suspend or settle wagers at its discretion where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation, data error or technical fault.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures. betpto does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or sports bet, betpto's decision on the settlement of that wager is final, subject to the Platform's disputes procedure.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant product section.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

betpto offers various promotions, bonuses and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms.

• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address or payment method.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been completed. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and, where applicable, the deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• betpto reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, betpto will communicate the change directly to affected Players.
• VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates and reward credits displayed as illustrative examples on the Platform do not constitute guaranteed offers. Actual VIP benefits are subject to the current VIP programme terms.
• Promotional codes must be entered at the time of qualifying deposit or registration. betpto is unable to apply promotional codes retrospectively.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using software to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to extract bonus value — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

08 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

betpto is committed to providing a fair, secure and transparent environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software to place bets, participate in casino games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or platform vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by betpto.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider wagering or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events.

betpto reserves the right to share information about suspected fraudulent or illegal activity with law enforcement authorities, financial regulators and other relevant bodies.

09 Responsible Gambling

betpto takes its responsibility to Player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible from within every registered account. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively, not only when experiencing difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period during which their account will be inaccessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request through the Help Center. Self-exclusion takes effect promptly and betpto will honour this request by closing the account and preventing re-registration for the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the betpto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall arrangement of content — is the property of betpto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any part of the Platform without betpto's prior written consent.
• The betpto name, logo and all associated brand elements are proprietary marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of business opportunity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betpto makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.

• betpto accepts no liability for losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform.
• betpto accepts no liability for third-party payment provider delays, refusals or fees incurred during deposit or withdrawal processing.
• betpto accepts no liability for losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, governmental actions, telecommunications failures or other circumstances beyond betpto's reasonable control.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

betpto reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• A Player is found to be resident in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Regulatory, compliance or legal obligations require betpto to do so.

Upon closure of an account for cause attributable to the Player, betpto may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by betpto for reasons not attributable to the Player's breach, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via a supported withdrawal method following completion of KYC/AML checks.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpto holds its operating license. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14 Changes to These Terms

betpto reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betpto will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact betpto to request account closure.
